        Many professors are publishing their working papers on their own homepages.  Many political science departments are placing on their websites a section for the working papers of their professors.  However, finding these working papers is very difficult.  Having one central place on the Internet that is maintaining links to all these sites will facilitate future research and be of interest to scholars.  Titles of working papers actually online have been provided in link annotations.  There is a search bot on the homepage that can be used to find a particular author or a certain paper title. Names of authors, departments, and institutions are in alphabetical order.

        This site began operation in August 2000. New links are always placed on the New Links page.  After one month, the links are moved to the alphabetical list and pertinent categories on the main site. The category placements are based on the papers actually online rather than the author's research interests and teaching fields, though each one is usually similar.  Then all new links are distributed through the rss/xml news feed of this site.

Webmaster Biosketch

        Patrick Fagan is currently working as an Arts & Sciences instructor at College of the Southwest. His A.A. in Criminal Justice was finished in August 1998, his B.A in Paralegal was finished in December 1999, and his M.S. in Political Science was completed in December 2000.  His classes-taught include Political Ideologies, Introduction to Homeland Security, Introduction to Criminal Justice, Introduction to Corrections, Western Civilization, and American History.  He has completed 24 hours in both fields of History and Administrative Justice at the doctoral level from the University of Southern Mississippi.
